Southern Specialty offers high-quality workmanship on repaired sectors, and we fabricate new sectors in our plant.  We can repair or replace sectors of any condition to your satisfaction.

Southern Specialty will inspect, repair and re-cover saveall, recycle groundwood or TMP disc washer filter sectors with plastic or stainless steel covers.

Our Six Step Sector Rebuilds

1.  Strip and steam clean

2.  Inspect for damage and wear

3.  Replace or repair  components

4.   Re-cover with stainless leaf, plastic envelope or  bag cover (with KynarŪ             zipper)

5.   Replace rubber boot

6.   Follow up inspection

Southern's new and re-manufactured disc sectors meet and exceed original specifications.
